Parish Hall Contract

Trinity Church Parish Hall and Kitchen Fee Schedule
Organizations or activities that support the mission of the Church may use Church facilities. Trinity Church seeks to be a community in which people can experience God through Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit. The rector shall have sole authority to determine whether a given organization or activity supports the mission of the Church. Church policy allows only non-profit groups to use its facility.
A non-profit is defined as a community group which performs a service to the community and in which a charge or income from their activity does not result in personal profit for those involved.
It is not appropriate for individual organizations or commercial enterprises to use the facilities for profit-making activities, as this could jeopardize the tax-exempt status of the property. A profit-making group or individual expects personally or as a business to make financial gain subject to business or income tax.
If the group has a comprehensive general liability insurance policy, please indicate on the “use application” form the insurance company and the amount of coverage.
All community groups wishing to use the church property must have objectives compatible with those of the church; an open membership is expected.
